Retained (Exclusive) Recruitment: This model is our premium service, ensuring the fastest placements of the highest quality candidates available. By working exclusively with you, we dedicate extensive resources to comprehensively understanding your needs and promptly addressing them with precisely matched candidates. A portion of the fee is payable at the commencement of our partnership, with the remainder due upon achieving the agreed milestones, which solidifies our mutual commitment to a successful outcome. The fee structure is generally lower in this model. Moreover, candidates we identify are presented exclusively to you for first refusal before their information is shared with any competitors.
Contingent (Non-Exclusive) Recruitment: This flexible model involves no upfront fees. You can freely review full resumes and conduct interviews with candidates without any obligation or financial commitment. Fees are only incurred if you decide to employ a candidate we have presented, and you are billed 7 days after their start date. This allows you to assess the best sales talent available—already pre-vetted and highly qualified—with complete peace of mind that you only pay upon successful placement. However, please be aware that these candidates are also being presented to other clients, and we cannot guarantee employment success as candidates may accept other offers or be engaged in other interviews.
